A bit of Computer art...ish

Ok, so I haven't posted in a while and I thought I should, so I thought I'd post up my recent things. I spent most of yesterday making 4 of them, but i made the top one that says "I'm not crying!" after watching the film Advent children on my laptop which I took the screenshots from. Before anyone makes a comment, yes I do have a slight obsession with Final Fantasy, but oh well, plenty of people do. The banner that says YRP was made as a request for my sister, although I'm not sure she'll use it. But I digress. Ciao for now folks! :D

Exams, or as Dad says "Eggs and Hams"

It exam season! Dun Dun Duuuun! Anyway, at least it's half term next week and I've already done two...although there's still three to go. On the brighter side of things some friends and I are going for a picnic on Wednesday to revise Biology and maybe squeeze some Chemie in too.
Happy Exam Season!

The Ones That Didn't Make It

Here are a few sketches from the stories I never finished...or in some cases never started.
This is Yuri K'Vinski (above) from the failed story that ended up with the name 'The Puppeteer'. Originally he was supposed to feature in the story as a main character, however, the group of main characters shifted every so often. I decided to give him some scars to show he was battle worn. He was supposed to be Russian.

This is Kyousuke Toshiko (above), he like Yuri was also supposed to be a main character. He was my first attempt at drawing a Japenese person, but I'm not sure I got it right.

This is Brian(above). He only featured in one or two chapters, then died, hence the picture. After he died the story got a bit farfetched and I didn't know what to do, so I blame him.

Alrighty then, this is Frederick, the last character I drew for this story, and he did actually feature as a true blue main character. His role in the story shifted continually, as did his attitude, however seen as I wrote lots and lots for said story, I may go back and fix him.

Well as you can see, these all have names on the picture except the bottom one - how convenient. These are from Earth. There were going to be three more sequels - can you guess the titles? Water (on our planet Earth), Air and Fire. It was all about the spirits of the four elements and I was inspired by Avatar: The Legend of Aang. Each spirit was a different animal so Earth was a wolf, Water was a turtle, Air was a blue dragon, and Fire was a phoenix.

Okay let's cut to the chase, Caprius was a werewolf, with a vampire for a surrogate daughter. So? You may say. Well the point of that was that vampires and werewolves are always at war, so I thought "Hey wouldn't it be interesting if one fostered the other?" And I never found out because I didn't get that far, although I always planned to put him in.

Okay, General Malik was a whim. I got bored and decided to bring in someone from one of the character's pasts and BAM! there he was. I never got the chance to introduce him since the story was pretty much out the window by then. It's sad because I knew exactly what was meant to happen.

John was a whimp, but he was a main character and at the end he was meant to be a hero...and die *cough*, but then return in the sequels to guide the heroine to victory...and possibly regenerate.

Hey look a vampire! Yep, she's Caprius's surrogate daughter. Like her father, she never got the chance to do anything because I get bored too easily/get too many ideas and make something farfetched.

Ricardo *queue booing* the big bad guy, who, although he was supposed to be rather dashing, was also the devil in disguise. Like the song. He was pretty fun to think up and was meant to die at the end, but respawn in another body.

Last one for this story. Valentino, half orc, half human but you wouldn't believe it. He had purple eyes and pointy ears and was a pyromaniac, but a good guy nontheless.

The big bad guy. The good guys roughed him up prior to the story and he ended up lucking like that. I wrote less than a chapter on this tory and it was untitled. It was based on Jak II, hence the ears.

A monster from the story that I actually wrote about. There were also some sniper numarons with gunarms

The hero based on Jak from Jak II. Not got alot to say about him though.

This is Maria...blah blah...sorry I'm getting a little tired of this...plus I didn't do much of anything on this story so I'm not sure of the roles.

The Masked Guards, just general pests really.

Okay this story was also untitled, but it was about a guy that found himself stranded on an island where he meets Bushcrow ,above, and is mysteriously transformed into a demon at inopportune moments.

Poor poor Gethro. He meets the same fate as the hero prior to the time of the story, but finds himself bumping into the hero as both Gethro and his demonic alter-ego and falls at the hands of the hero before revealing what he knows.

The hero, Kyro. He is shocked when Gethro reveals that the true demon on the island is none other than Bushcrow who was supposedly trying to help Kyro return to his normal life.

Phew...almost there now, maybe one or two left. I will continue even though I get the feeling that most people have stopped reading by now and moved on. Good for them.

Okay only three pictures left so I'll keep it short. This was based on Zelda and Dark Cloud. Well it saterted out like Zelda then I incorperated ideas from Dark Cloud into it. I can't really summarise it since I can't remember.

This was the bad guy in a story with no title and no plot which is why it fell flat on its face. I drew a charcter sheet for the hero, and one picture for the baddie and it stopped there. This is Hynan a psychotic hyena.

And this is Zeyna the hero. It was based on The Legend of Kay.

Finished! Yay!

A New Installment

Okay I spent about two hours drawing this on Friday night. It did have a second part to it but I didn't like it.

The two I drew for you...

Okay, these two needed a post all of their own. I drew both for my mum, and I think she may have posted one of them on her blog at one point. Well here they are, Jack ans Steve.
